Ingredients
- 5 L Water
- 1.5 dl Granulated Sugar
- 1.5 dl Brown Sugar
- 1.5 dl Beer
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tsp Active Yeast
Instructions
- Boil the water, sugars, and beer along with the yellow peel of the lemon until everything is dissolved.
- Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
- Carefully peel off the white layer of the lemon's peel and chop the fruit into small pieces. Add these to the mixture.
- Mix a small amount of the cooled mixture with yeast until dissolved, then combine it back into the large batch.
- Add 5-6 raisins and 1 tablespoon of sugar to each bottle.
- Pour the mixture into bottles and seal them tightly.
- Store the bottles in a cool place and allow them to ferment for a few days.
- The drink is ready to serve once the raisins rise to the top of the bottle. Keep it refrigerated to maintain freshness for 1-2 weeks.
