Polar Razz

Bright raspberry and orange notes mingle with zesty lime for a tart-sweet frozen slush. It pours a vivid pink, slightly textured slush into a parfait glass and drinks ice-cold and refreshing. Ingredients

  • 1 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 2 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine the triple sec, raspberry vodka, lime juice, and raspberries in a blender.
  2. Add a scoop of ice into the blender.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a parfait glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
