Bleeker

Bright, citrusy and lightly herbal from the Lillet and triple sec, with a clean vodka backbone and a silky, frothy texture from the whole egg. It pours pale and slightly cloudy with a soft foam head and an orange slice on the rim. Worth trying if you like creamy, refreshing aperitif-style cocktails that balance fruit and smoothness.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lillet® Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Place Lillet® Blanc, triple sec, vodka, and egg into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and secure the lid firmly.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into a collins glass, ensuring no ice is included.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
