Ice-T

A bright, fizzy and approachable long drink where sweet peach schnapps and light rum mingle with tart cranberry juice and a splash of 7-Up for effervescence. It pours a pink-to-red, bubbly look over ice and tastes fruity and sweet with a refreshing citrusy lift. Worth trying if you want an easy, party-friendly cocktail that's quick to make and crowd-pleasing.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 shot Peach Schnapps
  • 1.5 shot Rum
  • 0.5 glass 7Up®
  • Fill Cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine peach schnapps and rum in a shaker.
  2. Add 7-Up to fill half of a glass.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with cranberry juice.
  4. Shake or stir the drink well to mix all ingredients.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
