Kenai Campfire

A creamy, sweet after-dinner sipper that tastes like liquid butterscotch and caramel with a warm Canadian whisky backbone. It appears pale tan in an Old-Fashioned glass and has a smooth, velvety texture from the Baileys. Worth trying if you want a simple dessert-style nightcap that balances liqueur sweetness with whiskey warmth.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1 oz Canadian Whisky

Instructions

  1. Pour Bailey's® Irish Cream into the Old-Fashioned glass.
  2. Add the butterscotch schnapps to the glass.
  3. Pour the Canadian whisky on top.
  4. Stir gently to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
