Pineapple Bomber #2

A bright, tropical highball that marries sweet pineapple juice with peachy Southern Comfort, almond-rich amaretto, and a warm hit from spiced rum. It pours a sunny golden color, is sweet and easy-drinking, and makes an excellent poolside or party sipper when you want something uncomplicated but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Southern Comfort®
  • 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Start by filling a highball glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Measure and pour 1 oz of Southern Comfort® Peach Liqueur into the glass.
  3. Add 1 oz of Amaretto Almond Liqueur to the glass.
  4. Next, pour 1 oz of Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum into the mixture.
  5. Finish by adding 6 oz of pineapple juice.
  6. Stir the mixture gently to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  7. Serve immediately.
