Hot Zultry Zoe

A warm, slightly boozy chocolate drink where rich Mexican hot chocolate meets the vanilla-herbal sweetness of Galliano and the agave bite of tequila. It’s visually appealing with a creamy float layered on top and offers a comforting, dessert-like finish, perfect as a cozy nightcap or after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Tequila
  • 0.5 oz Galliano® Herbal Liqueur
  • 4 oz Mexican Hot Chocolate
  • 2 oz Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the tequila, Galliano® herbal liqueur, and Mexican hot chocolate in an Irish coffee cup or glass. Stir the mixture thoroughly to blend all the flavors together.
  2. Carefully float the heavy cream on top of the mixture to create a layered effect. To do this, pour the cream slowly over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the drink.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy the distinct blend of hot chocolate and herbal flavors with a creamy float.
