Pepe's Flame of Love Martini

Ingredients

• 2 oz Stoli® Vodka
• 0.125 oz La Ina® Sherry Wine

Instructions

1. Swirl a few drops of La Ina Sherry in a chilled stem glass to coat the inside, then discard any excess.
2. Express the oils from an orange peel into the glass and carefully flame it to release aromas, then remove the peel.
3. Fill the glass with ice to chill it further, then discard the ice.
4. Add Stolichnaya Vodka to the glass.
5. Express and flame a second orange peel around the rim of the glass to enhance the flavor, then discard that peel.
6. Gently stir the drink to mix, ensuring not to dilute it too much.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
