Haleakala Martini

Bright and fruity, the Haleakala Martini pairs tropical pineapple juice with the jammy raspberry sweetness of Chambord over a clean vodka base. It pours a pale golden-pink and is smooth, sweet, and refreshingly tropical rather than spirit-forward. A good pick if you want a simple, summery martini-style cocktail with bold fruit character.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Absolut® Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Chambord® Black Raspberry Liqueur
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the Absolut® Vodka, Chambord® Raspberry Liqueur, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake the mixture well until all ingredients are chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Serve immediately.
