Frozen Leprechaun

A chilly, dessert-style frozen cocktail that blends creamy Baileys and Kahlúa with bright peppermint for a minty coffee-chocolate flavor. It pours a pale tan slush into an Irish coffee cup and is finished with a fresh mint leaf for aromatic contrast. Great as an indulgent after-dinner treat or a crowd-pleasing party sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream
  • 1 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend the Bailey's® Irish cream, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and milk in a bar blender with ice until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into an Irish coffee cup.
  3. Garnish the drink with a mint leaf to enhance the flavor and presentation.
