Byrrh Cassis

A bright, effervescent spritz that balances Byrrh’s quinine-tinged vinous backbone with the lush blackcurrant sweetness of crème de cassis. Pale ruby in the glass with lively soda bubbles and ice, it’s a light, low-ABV aperitif that’s very easy and refreshing to sip before a meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Byrrh® Grand Quinquina
  • 1 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • Fill Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Pour the Byrrh® wine and creme de cassis into a white wine glass.
  2. Gently add ice cubes to the glass.
  3. Fill the remainder of the glass with pre-chilled soda water to your taste preference.
  4. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately.
