Blushing Barmaid

A bittersweet, fizzy sipper that balances Campari's bright bitter citrus with Amaretto's sweet almond warmth. Pale blushing-pink with lively bubbles over crushed ice, it's a refreshing, low-proof aperitif that's easy to build at home.

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Campari® Bitter
  • 3 oz Sparkling Lemon Soda

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass halfway with broken ice.
  2. Pour in the Amaretto Almond Liqueur over the ice.
  3. Add Campari® Bitters to the glass.
  4. Top with sparkling bitter lemon soda and give it a gentle stir to combine the ingredients.
