Deansgate Cocktail

Bright and slightly sweet with a honeyed warmth from the Drambuie and a clean white-rum backbone, finished by a tangy lime bite. It pours pale and clear into a chilled cocktail glass and is elegantly accented by an orange twist. Worth trying if you want a spirit-forward yet approachable stirred cocktail that balances liqueur sweetness with citrus lift.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • 0.5 oz Drambuie® Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Rose's® Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with cracked ice.
  2. Pour in white rum, Drambuie® Scotch Whisky, and Rose's® Lime Juice.
  3. Stir the mixture well until chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist before serving.
