Rainbow Julep

Ingredients

• 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
• 0.5 oz Marie Brizard® Apry Apricot Liqueur
• 2 oz Bourbon

Instructions

1. Muddle one mint sprig with the apricot brandy in the bottom of a mixing glass.
2. Add the bourbon into the mixture.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Swirl with a bar spoon until a frost forms on the outer glass.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig before serving.
