Lynna's Gingerbread Man

Sweet, vanilla-forward vodka meets spicy, fizzy Jamaican ginger beer for a playful, effervescent highball. Visually it's a pale amber, bubbly drink served over a couple of ice cubes with a bright cherry on top. Easy and slightly dessert-like, a quick, crowd-pleasing sipper with a festive gingerbread vibe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Absolut® Vanilia Vodka
  • 4 oz Jamaican Ginger Beer

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail glass, pour Absolut® Vanilla Vodka over a couple of ice cubes.
  2. Top with Jamaican ginger beer.
  3. Garnish with a cherry and serve.
