Baby Guinness

A Baby Guinness tastes like a concentrated, sweet coffee-and-cream shot with rich Kahlúa depth and a silky Baileys crema on top. Visually it mimics a tiny pint of Guinness with a dark coffee base and a pale creamy float, making it playful and instantly recognizable. Ingredients

  • 2.5 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Baileys® Original Irish Cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a shot glass almost to the rim with Kahlua® Coffee Liqueur, maintaining a steady hand.
  2. Position a spoon at an angle against the inner edge of the glass.
  3. Carefully pour Bailey's® Irish Cream over the back of the spoon, allowing it to float on top of the Kahlua, forming a distinct layered effect.
