Hawaiian Rain Drops

Bright and tropical with a pronounced coconut and pineapple sweetness, rounded by candy-like island-punch schnapps and a whisper of citrus from blue curaçao. The drink pours a pale turquoise and finishes with a fizzy 7Up top, making it visually playful and highly refreshing. It's an easy, crowd-pleasing poolside cocktail when you want a simple summery sipper.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1.5 oz DeKuyper® Pucker® Island Punch Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • 2 oz 7Up®
  • 3.5 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour coconut rum and DeKuyper® Island Blue Pucker schnapps over the ice.
  3. Add a dash of blue curacao liqueur.
  4. Top with two splashes of 7-Up® soda.
  5. Finish with 3 to 4 ounces of pineapple juice to your taste.
  6. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical cocktail.
