A lightly sweet, honeyed Champagne cocktail where the herbal warmth of Drambuie blends with bright, fizzy Champagne. Pale gold with a persistent mousse, it’s an elegant, easy-to-drink choice for celebratory or after-dinner moments.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Drambuie® Liqueur
  • 5 oz Champagne

Instructions

  1. Take a champagne flute and ensure it is clean and dry.
  2. Pour the Drambuie® Scotch Whisky into the flute.
  3. Carefully add the Champagne to the glass.
  4. Using a stirrer, gently stir the mixture to blend the flavors.
  5. Serve immediately without a garnish to showcase the drink's simplicity.
