The Rollercoaster

A bright, easy two-ingredient cocktail that pairs amaretto's sweet almond notes with grapefruit's tart, slightly bitter bite. Pale pink-orange and lightly chilled, it's a refreshing, approachable sipper that balances dessert-like nuttiness with crisp citrus. Great for a quick, summery drink or a light aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Amaretto Liqueur
  • 3 parts Grapefruit Juice

Instructions

  1. Add Amaretto and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
