Frozen Forest Berries

Bright, jammy berry flavors lead with raspberry rum and dual berry liqueurs, balanced by a touch of lemon for freshness. It pours a vivid pink-purple slushy into a sugar-rimmed margarita glass with visible strawberry flecks and a sweet-tart finish. Ideal as a refreshing, dessert-like frozen cocktail for warm-weather sipping or parties.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Bacardi® Raspberry Rum
  • 0.5 oz Crème de Fraise Liqueur
  • 2 Strawberries
  • 0.33 oz Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine creme de cassis, Bacardi® Razz rum, creme de fraise, strawberries, and fresh lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Add ice and blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
  3. Rim a margarita glass with sugar for garnish.
  4. Pour the slushy mixture into the prepared margarita glass.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing taste.
