Kiwi Sparkle

Bright kiwi sweetness and a hint of tart green fruit meet clean, persistent Champagne bubbles for a lively, slightly perfumed sip. It pours a pale green sparkle in the flute and feels light and celebratory, ideal when you want something fruity but not heavy. Worth trying if you like refreshing, easy-to-drink bubbly cocktails with a tropical twist.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 0.5 oz Kiwi Liqueur
  • 1 oz Kiwi Juice

Instructions

  1. Chill a champagne flute in the refrigerator or with ice.
  2. Pour the kiwi liqueur into the glass.
  3. Add the kiwi juice to the mixture.
  4. Top off with champagne, filling the glass to the desired level.
  5. Serve immediately to maintain the sparkle.
