Frozen Brandy And Rum

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Brandy
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 tblsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. Combine brandy, light rum, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and egg white in an electric blender.
  2. Add one cup of crushed ice to the mixture in the blender.
  3. Blend on a low speed until smooth and well mixed.
  4. Pour the drink into an old-fashioned glass for serving.
