Jack London Martini

Vivid, jewel-toned martini where tart blackcurrant vodka meets the sweet-wine aromatics of Dubonnet Blanc and a hint of cherry from maraschino liqueur. Smooth, fruity and pleasantly boozy with a bright lemon twist for a citrus lift, great as a stylish aperitif or a dessert-adjacent sipper.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Blackcurrant Vodka
  • 1 oz Dubonnet® Blanc
  • 0.5 oz Maraschino Cherry Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with cracked ice.
  2. Pour in the blackcurrant vodka, Dubonnet® Blanc vermouth, and maraschino liqueur.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the concoction into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist before serving.
