Scotch Cooler

A Scotch Cooler pairs smoky Scotch with a whisper of white crème de menthe and lively soda, producing a mellow, mint-scented highball with gentle effervescence and a pale, slightly green-tinged appearance. It's refreshing and easy to make, the mint brightens the whisky's peat while the soda keeps it light, perfect as an aperitif or a casual summer sipper.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Scotch
  • 3 dashes Crème de Menthe Blanche Liqueur
  • Fill Carbonated Water

Instructions

  1. Add ice cubes to a highball glass.
  2. Pour the Scotch over the ice.
  3. Add the White Creme de Menthe.
  4. Fill the glass with carbonated water.
  5. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately.
