Thick and very sweet, The Canaan tastes like honeyed vanilla ice cream blended with cold milk, rich, milky, and dessert-forward with a clear honey note from Bärenjäger. It appears pale ivory in a Hurricane glass and can be served chunky when stirred or silky smooth if blended, making it an easy, indulgent after-dinner treat or nightcap.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bärenjäger® Honey Liqueur
  • 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Fill Milk

Instructions

  1. Place the scoops of vanilla ice cream into a Hurricane Glass.
  2. Pour the Barenjaeger Honey Liqueur over the ice cream.
  3. Fill the glass with milk.
  4. Stir thoroughly to combine the ingredients. Alternatively, you can blend the mixture for a smoother texture.
