Picker's Peach

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz White Rum
• 1 oz Peach Schnapps
• 0.5 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 tsp Caster Sugar
• 1 tsp Pêcher Mignon® Peach Liqueur
• 0.33 Peach

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine the white rum, peach schnapps, dark rum, orange juice, lemon juice, caster sugar, and ripe peach.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well integrated.
3. Add a glassful of crushed ice to the blender and blend again briefly to mix the ice into the drink.
4. Pour the smooth mixture into a Collins glass.
5. Garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry.
6. Serve promptly with straws, ensuring the garnish is presented attractively at the top of the glass.
