Ingredients

• 3 oz Champagne
• 0.75 oz Strawberry Liqueur
• 2 oz Strawberry Puree
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Caster Sugar

Instructions

1. Rim a white wine glass with strawberry liqueur and caster sugar.
2. In a blender, combine strawberry liqueur, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and caster sugar with a glassful of crushed ice.
3. Blend briefly until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
5. Top up with champagne.
6. Garnish with a strawberry-half.
7. Serve with short straws.
