Apple Brandy Sour

A bright, approachable sour that pairs warm, apple-forward brandy with sharp lemon and a touch of powdered sugar for balance. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Apple Brandy
  • 0.5 tsp Confectioners' Sugar
  • 0.5 Juice of Lemon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Shake the apple brandy, powdered sugar, and lemon juice with ice briskly.
  2. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a half slice of lemon placed gently on top of the drink.
  4. Add a cherry on top to complete the garnish.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
