Terri's Tropical Passion

Bright and fruity with a pronounced passion-fruit and coconut character, rounded by sweet apricot notes and a fizzy citrus lift from 7Up. Poured tall over ice and topped with a splash of cranberry and cherries, it’s a playful, crowd-pleasing tropical sipper worth ordering at a summer gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Passoa® Liqueur
  • 1 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
  • 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
  • Fill 7Up®
  • 0.25 oz Cranberry Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine Passoa®, Malibu® Rum, and Apricot Brandy in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture gently to chill the ingredients evenly.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Slowly fill the rest of the glass with 7-Up.
  5. Add a splash of Cranberry Juice on top for color and flavor.
  6. Garnish with Cherries on a cocktail pick.
