Barbados Cocktail

Bright and tropical with a pineapple-forward sweetness rounded by the orange-citrus of triple sec and a light rum backbone. It pours a pale straw color and feels clean, brisk and easy-drinking from shaking and chill. A great, uncomplicated sipper for warm weather or when you want a quick, fruity rum cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Light Rum
  • 0.5 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions

  1. Combine light rum, triple sec, and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixer well until the outside of the shaker feels cold to the touch.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
