Velvety and lightly boozy, the Egg Crusher blends creamy eggnog with roasted coffee liqueur and a splash of light rum for a sweet, coffee-forward dessert drink. Poured into a wide brandy snifter and dusted with nutmeg, it looks warming and festive, perfect as a cozy holiday nightcap or after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 cup Eggnog

Instructions

  1. Add light rum, coffee liqueur, and eggnog to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a large brandy snifter glass.
  4. Dust the top with a sprinkle of nutmeg for garnish before serving.
