Apple Core

Crisp apple notes and a warm rum backbone meet zesty lime and fizzy soda for a bright, easy-drinking cocktail. It pours pale and effervescent over ice with a lemon wedge for a fresh aroma, a refreshing choice when you want something fruity but not heavy.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Apple Brandy
  • 1.5 oz Rum
  • 0.5 oz Apple Schnapps
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine apple brandy, rum, apple schnapps, and lime juice.
  2. Shake well until the ingredients are thoroughly chilled and mixed.
  3. Strain the mixture into a Collins glass over fresh ice cubes.
  4. Top with club soda, and gently stir to mix.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass for a fresh touch.
