Charger

The Charger is a bright, fruit-forward rum sour that pairs dark rum's molassy warmth with sweet cherry brandy and a zesty lemon bite. It pours a clear amber-to-ruby hue and is shaken up for a crisp, chilled finish. Simple but characterful, it's a great choice if you want a boozy yet balanced cocktail with a cherry twist.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Dark Rum
  • 0.5 oz Cherry Brandy
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 tsp Caster Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake vigorously until all components are well mixed and chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your Charger cocktail.
