P'tit Caribou

Ingredients

• 3 oz Port
• 1.5 oz Vodka
• 0.25 oz Crème de Cassis Liqueur
• 1 splash Maple Syrup

Instructions

1. Chill a red wine glass.
2. Measure and pour the port into a mixing glass.
3. Add the vodka and creme de cassis to the mixing glass.
4. Add a splash of maple syrup to balance the flavors.
5. Stir all the ingredients together gently to combine.
6. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
