Witch Hunt

Smoke-forward Scotch meets bright lemonade with a subtle herbal-anise lift from Strega and a dry, savory undercurrent from vermouth. Poured over broken ice in an old-fashioned glass it looks pale amber and refreshingly diluted, an easy, slightly herbaceous sipper for fans of whisky cocktails who want a citrusy, refreshing twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Scotch
  • 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.25 oz Liquore Strega®
  • 1 oz Lemonade

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass three-quarters full with broken ice.
  2. Pour the Scotch whisky over the ice.
  3. Add the dry vermouth and Strega® herbal liqueur to the glass.
  4. Top with lemonade and gently stir to combine the flavors.
  5. Serve immediately.
