Event Horizon

A boozy, mint-chocolate milkshake: creamy mint chocolate chip ice cream blended with peppermint schnapps, vodka, and milk produces a thick, pale-green sip studded with chocolate flecks. It tastes sweet and minty with a pronounced chocolate-ice-cream richness and a warming alcoholic backbone. Great as a dessert cocktail or a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing treat for parties or after-dinner indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
  • 1 shot Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • 1 shot Milk

Instructions

  1. Place the mint chocolate ice cream into a blender.
  2. Add the peppermint schnapps and vodka to the blender.
  3. Pour in the milk.
  4. Blend all the ingredients at high speed until fully combined and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a highball glass and serve immediately.
