Blueberry Tea

A cozy, warming hot cocktail where almond-sweet amaretto meets bright orange from Grand Marnier, mellowed by a full-bodied orange pekoe tea. It pours a warm amber color and smells of citrus and toasted almonds, with a gently sweet, soothing finish. Worth making as an easy after-dinner nightcap that’s aromatic, comforting, and simple to batch for guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Amaretto Liqueur
  • 1 oz Grand Marnier® Orange Liqueur
  • Fill Orange Pekoe Tea

Instructions

  1. Warm the brandy snifter by filling it with hot water, then discard the water.
  2. Pour Amaretto into the warm brandy snifter.
  3. Add Grand Marnier to the snifter with the Amaretto.
  4. Brew the orange pekoe tea and pour it into the snifter to fill.
  5. Stir gently to mix the drink.
