Bushwacker

Velvety and indulgent, the Bushwacker tastes like a chocolate-coconut milkshake laced with coffee and dark rum, rich, sweet, and slightly boozy. It pours thick and pale tan with a frothy top and a smooth mouthfeel, making it an easy pick for an after-dinner dessert cocktail or a tropical poolside treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bacardi® Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 4 oz Milk

Instructions

  1. Place cream of coconut, Kahlua® coffee liqueur, Bacardi® black rum, dark creme de cacao, and milk into a blender.
  2. Add two cups of ice to the blender.
  3. Blend the mixture until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the blended mixture evenly into two cups, making sure it reaches the top.
