Cazuela

A light, fizzy tequila highball with a bright citrus punch and a touch of sweetness from grenadine. Served in a rustic clay cazuela piled with ice and citrus slices, it looks festive and highly drinkable, great for sharing or sipping on a hot day. The blend of grapefruit soda, fresh citrus, and tequila makes it an easy, refreshing choice when you want something simple but flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • Fill Squirt®

Instructions

  1. Prepare a cazuela made of clay by adding ice to it.
  2. Add a dash of salt and slices of lime, orange, lemon, and grapefruit into the cazuela.
  3. Pour in the grenadine and tequila.
  4. Fill the cazuela with Squirt, adjusting to taste.
  5. Use a straw to gently stir the drink until properly mixed.
