Dark 'n Stormy

Spicy, zesty ginger beer meets the dark, molasses-rich character of Gosling's Black Seal rum for a crisp, slightly sweet highball with a warming ginger bite. It looks striking as a dark rum float atop pale, effervescent ginger beer, often with a layered 'stormy' appearance. Ingredients

  • 2 oz Gosling's® Black Seal Rum
  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass with cracked ice.
  2. Pour 2 oz of Gosling's® Black Seal Rum over the ice.
  3. Top with 4 oz of ginger beer.
  4. Gently stir to combine the ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
