Vixen

A rich, dessert-style cocktail with prominent toasted-hazelnut sweetness from Frangelico, brightened by a touch of grenadine and rounded by a floating layer of coffee liqueur. It arrives frothy and amber-pink with a dark coffee float and a cherry on the rim, offering an attractive layered look. Easy and indulgent, it's a great after-dinner nightcap for anyone who likes nutty, sweet cocktails.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 shots Frangelico® Hazelnut Liqueur
  • 0.5 shot Grenadine
  • 0.5 shot Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add Frangelico® and Grenadine to the shaker and shake vigorously until frothy.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Gently float the Kahlua® onto the surface of the drink.
  5. Garnish with a cherry on the rim of the glass.
