Picon Whiskey

Picon Whiskey is a compact, spirit-forward sipper that pairs oaky bourbon with the bitter orange bite of Amer Picon, rounded by a hint of sugar. Ingredients

  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Amer Picon® Bitter Orange Liqueur
  • 1 dash Sugar Syrup

Instructions

  1. Add Bourbon, Amer Picon, and a dash of sugar syrup to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with cracked ice.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.
  4. Strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist before serving.
