Bright cranberry and a kiss of lemon cut through the warm, fruity richness of brandy while a teaspoon of kümmel adds a subtly herbal, caraway-anise note that makes the profile intriguingly savory. Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Brandy
  • 1 tsp Kümmel Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add brandy, Kummel® caraway liqueur, cranberry juice, and lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture into an Old-Fashioned glass.
