Duke of Cornwall

A light, fruity sipper that balances the orchard warmth of apple brandy with the nutty, raisined sweetness of sweet sherry, brightened by sparkling apple juice. Golden and effervescent over crushed ice, it’s an easy, low-ABV aperitif or brunch drink that feels both refreshing and gently warming.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Apple Brandy
  • 1 oz Sweet Sherry
  • 2 oz Sparkling Apple Juice

Instructions

  1. Fill an old-fashioned glass halfway with broken ice.
  2. Pour 1 oz of apple brandy into the glass.
  3. Add 1 oz of sweet sherry to the mixture.
  4. Top off with 2 oz of sparkling apple juice, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.
  5. Serve immediately.
