Citron Splash Martini

Bright, lemon-forward and slightly sweet, this martini balances tart fresh lemon juice with the orange sweetness of triple sec and the citrus notes of Absolut Citron. It pours a pale, inviting yellow with a sparkling sugared rim and a lemon twist, making it a crisp, refreshing sipper worth ordering or mixing at home for a sunny aperitif.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 1.25 oz Triple Sec Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
  • Fill Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine Absolut Citron Vodka, triple sec, and fresh lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake the mixture well to chill and blend the ingredients.
  3. Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled cocktail glass and dip it in sugar to create a sugared rim.
  4. Strain the shaker's contents into the prepared cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist before serving.
