Black Widow

A bold two-ingredient cocktail marrying the sweet, anise-forward intensity of black sambuca with the bright lemony lift of citron vodka. It pours a deep, inky hue and tastes predominantly licorice-sweet with a citrus edge from the vodka and lemon twist. Worth trying if you enjoy potent, dessert-like sips with a striking visual and minimal fuss.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 1 oz Opal Nera® Black Sambuca

Instructions

  1. Add 1 oz of Absolut® Citron and 1 oz of Black Sambuca (Opal Nera)® into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
