Pensacola Bushwacker

A rich, boozy milkshake-style cocktail combining coconut cream, coffee liqueur and chocolate for a velvety, dessert-like sip. It pours pale tan and frothy into a hurricane glass and can be made thicker with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent, creamy finish. Perfect as an after-dinner treat or a crowd-pleasing poolside cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz Kahlúa® Coffee Liqueur
  • 1 oz Bacardi® Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Crème de Cacao Brun Liqueur
  • 4 oz Half & Half

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except the garnish into a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into a Hurricane Glass.
  4. For a thicker, milkshake-like texture, optionally blend in vanilla ice-cream.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream if desired.
