Fair and Warmer Cocktail

A crisp, slightly sweet and herbaceous sipper where white rum's clean, light backbone is softened by sweet vermouth and picked up by a whisper of orange from the triple sec. It pours pale amber and perfectly clear when strained up, delivering a smooth, warming finish that rewards a slow sip. Ideal if you enjoy spirit-forward, vermouth-forward cocktails with a subtle citrus lift.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 0.5 tsp Triple Sec Liqueur

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass halfway with cracked ice.
  2. Add the white rum, sweet vermouth, and triple sec to the glass.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly to combine and chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass ensuring no ice makes it into the serving glass.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
