Bright, sherbet-forward lemon flavor brightens the vodka with a sweet, tangy creaminess and a soft, slushy texture. Pale yellow and frothy, it drinks like a citrusy dessert-slush that’s both refreshing and indulgent. Ingredients

  • 3 oz Absolut® Citron Vodka
  • 1 scoop Lemon Sherbet
  • 0.5 Lemon Juice
  • 1 cube Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine Absolut Citron, lemon sherbet, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture until it has a smooth, daiquiri-like consistency.
  3. Taste the mixture; if a sweeter drink is preferred, add an additional sugar cube and blend again.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into a highball glass.
