Pineapple Buganda

A lush, dessert-like tropical cocktail where bright fresh pineapple and caramelized brown sugar meet creamy light cream and a hint of vanilla, giving a sweet, smooth, velvety mouthfeel. It pours pale yellow and thick into a chilled sour glass, garnished with mint and a cherry, a crowd-pleasing, poolside-style sipper worth ordering when you want something indulgent and easy-drinking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pineapples
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Light Cream
  • 6 oz White Rum
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  2. Add the pineapple pieces, brown sugar, light cream, white rum, vanilla extract, and crushed ice into a blender.
  3. Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth and thick consistency.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into chilled sour glasses.
